We helped one of our clients understand, align to and engage their customers. Our Client Perception Review is described below:
“During a UK wide audit by Lloyds for ISO 14001 certification for Environmental Management system and ISO 9001 Quality Management system, for which we were successful, the LRQA Assessor noted 2 examples of best practise. The first was the client perception review undertaken by Business Transformation. The LRQA assessor who see's a lot of these type of things said: “I am very impressed with the extensive depth of your study.....it is one of the most comprehensive and best that I’ve seen. An excellent best practise that I will highlight in my report.””
