Managing Senior Talent in a Professional Services Firm
We worked with the leadership council in one of the largest professional service firms in its sector to define partner career paths and the requirements for success at different levels in the firm. The assignment involved in depth discussions with the senior partners to clarify the issues and requirements followed by research to test and refine the firm’s approach.
The solution we jointly created is now used as an integral part of the selection, performance management and development of partners and potential partners in the firm.
Developing Leadership Effectiveness across a Social Business
To support growth we provided 360° feedback and ran workshops for leaders to increase their self awareness. Leaders clarified shared expectations with team members and agreed personal deals which fulfilled the needs of the business, as well as the aspirations of individuals.
An independent IIP audit of our work assessed that this resulted in significantly improved people practices in the business.
Increasing Leadership Team Performance in a Marketing & PR Business
To increase performance and engage staff, we delivered a leadership development programme over 12 months for the senior team. This involved a number of workshops to increase their self awareness and explore alternative leadership issues and options. These were supported by individual one to one coaching to help each leader address their personal leadership challenges.
Feedback from the Chief Executive and Chairman is that our development programme resulted in a demonstrable change in leaders day to day operations.
