Who We Are
The principal of Business Transformation Michael Wellin worked in large blue chip organisations before entering consultancy. Although much of his work is at Director and Partner level, his involvement in major organisation change interventions keeps him in touch with people issues at all levels. Michael is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.
The permanent team includes Kim Talbot. Kim’s expertise is in organisation research and online surveys. She is an Institute of Leadership and Management accredited coach.
